Mehdi is born and raised in Antwerp (Belgium), a city that holds many cultures of the world. The musical virus took a shot at an early age, as his father was one of the first promoters of Arab music festivals in Belgium. After organizing his own succesfull events in the hiphop r&b scene, he started spinning in 2003. That’s when he quickly picked up rythmes, oriental sounds and a large collection of musicrecords. His true passion for music began and dj Mad-d was born.

Known for his exclusive & energetic sets, the music he plays is enjoyed by many, yet found by few. You can best describe him as an open format performer with an urban twist.

He played at almost every major club and is one of the most requested deejays all across Belgium.
