MC/singer/producer TheColorGrey (aka Grey, born in 1994 as Will Michiels) grew up in Antwerp. He started making music at the age of ten with an old keyboard from his big brother and a discarded computer from his father. It soon became his dream to make music his life.

After years of experimenting, both solo as with childhood friends, he found his level high enough to drop songs online under the name Grey (aka TheColorGrey). This resulted soon in a small fanbase and a growing reputation among the Antwerp hiphopcrowd during the past two years. In 2015 he started doing live preformances, mostly accompanied by a guitarist and a Dj.

In the beginning of March 2016 he put his song 'Sins' with accompanying videoclip online, a few weeks later followed by his EP 'Do the right thing' which features the title song, 'Sins' and 4 other tracks. These releases instantly received very positive comments, both from the growing number of fans as from a lot professionals in the Belgian music industry. Grey was invited for interviews at Studio Brussel and FM Brussel, who both included 'Sins' in their playlist. On the monthly hip hop playlist of music discovery platform 22tracks his song 'Sins' was the most trending track in Brussels for weeks.

A distinguishing feature of Grey as a true hiphopartist is that he not only writes his own lyrics, raps and sings, but he also makes his own beats and productions. In May 2016 Grey decided to use TheColorGrey as his main artist name for his musical output and liveshows. End of May 2016 TheColorGrey dropped a new song, "Gates & Bridges' on Soundcloud, as an appetizer awaiting the release of his new single which is expected half october.
