Dumb and Dumber is a accidental collaboration between Noxgenus member M.E. (Minotaur Electronics, Robbie van Reen) and Hans (Daan Doeleman), both working at Doornroosje, a live venue in Nijmegen. With a passion for electronic music, they both work mainly on Holland’s longest running club night, Planet Rose, Daan as a audio guy, and Robbie as a light guy. With lots of great artist and DJ’s passing by, we both felt it was time to do a set together. The main factor in this set, is beer, fun and porn :-) We both have different influences in music. With some overlap in taste, this is a good vibe to combine. Daan is more acid (what would you expect with two 303’s), Robbie takes more acid.

It’s best described as a back to back live set. So a lot of harmonic accidents can turn out really nice (porn), or really shitty (fun) :-) But hey, that’s how set’s should be in our ears. You don’t know what will happen next. You can dance to us one moment, and laugh at us the next moment. Either way, it will keep you hanging on for the next five minutes of electronic mayham.

No gig is the same, a lot is improvised. Keep hanging on, you will never know what comes next :-)
