After the change of the millenniums, dance music witnessed a second French Touch, the vanishing of fenced genres in DJ sets and the introduction of “eclectism’ as the new magic word in clubs and productions. These changes inspired Bert en Sven to switch from passive clubbers into active dancefloorfillers. They’ve spent long and late hours as warming up and background DJ’s but the freshly baptized Corridor kept on investing in a more challenging DJ career. As from 2005 Corridor and fellow Sint-Truiden DJ’s Ed & Kim became residents at the local Cocadisco parties where they quickly became the trustworthy favorite of the audience.
The residency at Cocadisco provided Corridor with a good push forward in and around their own region but Bert and Sven started to gain credit in major clubbing areas. They earned a spot on the bills of parties and clubs such as Café D’Anvers, Recyclart, Café Capital, Silo, Culture Club and Ten Days Off where they lifted heads high for Tiefschwarz and Dominik Eulberg. A strong blend of musical daring and knowledge, an anti-conformist attitude behind the turntables and a passion level that easily crosses 100%, defines Corridor in the best possible way. In order to keep this bio short and therefore pleasant we’ll skip the part where we mention all styles and genres Corridor likes to play in their DJ set. Just make use of the contact option, it’s a must!
